1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Orion Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Orion Game ("we," "us," "our," "the Company") governing your access to and use of the Orion Game platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at oriongame.best.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the Orion Game platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Orion Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Orion Game strictly prohibits participation by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your current location at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person or as a professional in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded from Orion Game or any affiliate platform, voluntarily or otherwise.

Orion Game reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Orion Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Orion Game may request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Orion Game login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Orion Game will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Orion Game support immediately.

Account Verification

Orion Game may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal holds until the process is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Orion Game are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Orion Game supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
• Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer processing times depend on the sending institution.
• Orion Game does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Orion Game processes most withdrawal requests within a few hours for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit or to verified accounts in your own name.
• Orion Game reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, Orion Game may hold withdrawals pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Orion Game offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements specify how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before the funds can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by other deceptive means constitutes abuse and may result in account closure.
• Free bets and bonus credits issued by Orion Game have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Orion Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active wagering requirements will be honored for their applicable period where technically and practically possible.
• In the event of a dispute over a bonus, Orion Game's decision is final, subject to our formal complaints process.

VIP Club Rewards

Points earned through the Orion Game VIP Club are subject to the specific rules of that program, which are available on the VIP Club page. Points have no monetary value until converted in accordance with the VIP Club terms. Orion Game reserves the right to adjust the VIP Club structure with reasonable notice.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Orion Game uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all applicable card games, virtual sports, and other digital gaming events. This ensures that all outcomes are statistically random and unbiased. Live dealer games use physical cards handled by professional dealers, streamed in real time.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled according to the specific rules of each game or betting market. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface on Orion Game.
• In sports betting, if an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within the applicable period, Orion Game reserves the right to settle bets according to established industry rules for that sport.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, Orion Game reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

Errors and Malfunctions

Orion Game is not liable for software malfunctions, communication failures, or other technical errors that interrupt gameplay. In the event of a system failure during a betting round or game, the outcome may be voided and stakes returned. Bets placed during a known system malfunction may be voided at Orion Game's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Orion Game. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or account verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated systems to interact with the Orion Game platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, card games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform, including but not limited to bonus glitches or payment system errors.
• Using Orion Game for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting chargebacks or disputed transactions on payments made to Orion Game without first exhausting our formal disputes process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Orion Game staff members or other players.
• Using Orion Game's intellectual property — including logos, game content, or platform design — without prior written permission.

8 Responsible Gaming

Orion Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and we take our responsibility to support players who may be experiencing difficulty very seriously.

Tools Available to Players

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Orion Game account.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict how much you can wager within a set timeframe.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logouts after a specified duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of time.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Orion Game platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and the overall platform architecture — is the intellectual property of Orion Game or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Orion Game platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Orion Game content without prior written consent from the Company.

11 Limitation of Liability

Orion Game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content within it.

Orion Game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Orion Game platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Orion Game's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your Orion Game account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard verification procedures, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

Orion Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal behaviour;
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months, subject to dormant account policy);
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Orion Game may at its discretion retain any bonus-derived winnings and may report the breach to relevant authorities.

13 Changes to These Terms

Orion Game reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, where practical.

Your continued use of Orion Game after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Orion Game's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Orion Game platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally through Orion Game's customer support process. Most issues can be resolved quickly when raised through our support channels. A formal complaint can be submitted to support@oriongame.best, and Orion Game commits to acknowledging complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Orion Game will notify you by email before implementing any dormant account fee or balance adjustment. Fees, if applicable, will be set at a level that reflects our administrative costs and will be clearly communicated in the notification.
